DREAM HUTZZ SHIPPING POLICY

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. 

SHIPPING REGIONS

The products are shipped entirely by courier services with J&T courier service for local delivery and DHL / J&T for international delivery. Due to lack of stock availability as all the items are hand made and shipping issues, we only ship our products to MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE, THAILAND and PHILLIPINES. However, if you are not from these 4 countries, you may contact us and send us details of your whereabout and we can try to arrange for delivery to your place which is subject to terms and conditions. 

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Please take note that for time being there is no insurance coverage for the products during delivery. Dream hutzz is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. 

Orders that do not arrive due to factors within delivery company control (e.g. parcel lost) will not be under our responsibility. The delivery company will be responsible for the loss of parcel. From our end, we will process claim for the loss of parcel and once got the claim it will be refunded to you. Please note that, for loss of product under 2kg, the max claim amount is RM100. In case where the lost parcel is the handmade event embroidery, and you want me to re-do back the whole order, 50 % charge of the original price will be applied and the claim money given by the delivery company will be taken by Dream Hutzz. This is because it takes 15-18 hours to make the event embroidery and all the raw materials need to be purchased again by us to make a brand new one. 

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

The paid expedited shipping option offers a tracking number on all orders. 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@dreamhutzz.com.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
