Refund Policy


Order cancellation

Only some of the products from our store can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

For customized event embroidery, no cancellation will be entertained once paid. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Orders that do not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) will not be refunded. 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Orders that do not arrive due to factors within delivery company control (e.g. parcel lost) will not be refunded but will request claim from the delivery company. If the claim request accepted by delivery company, your money will be refunded based on the amount refunded by the delivery company. 

Refunds (if applicable)

All refunds are subject to terms and conditions and will be refunded back to your credit card or original method of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For customized event embroidery, return of product wont be accepted. The finish product will be shown to you after completed and will only be sent for delivery once you are satisfied with the outcome. Therefore no return will be accepted after you have received it expect for some special cases. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dreamhutzz.com for more information.

Return Shipping

For more information about returning your product, please contact us by email at support@dreamhutzz.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
